| ANY COMPLAINTS? |
It happens in all
big organisations that sometimes, something goes wrong. Please don't forget
that our integrated service has united numerous smaller transport companies
in order to offer a more simplified service. Each company, however, is responsible
for the services that it offers. In the case of complaints, therefore, we
would ask that you try to remember when and where you were travelling at
the time. Our Customer Service Department
