For matters involving extraordinary use of our line services, especially in connection with group travel, please apply to our Information Office.
Please also clarify any questions relative to fares and the transportation of baggage online, to the extent possible.
It may occur that things do not go right sometimes in a large company. Please remember that in our integrated transportation system, many transportation companies have joined forces to offer you a simplified system. Every company, in any case, is responsible for the services they offer. So if you have a claim or complaint, please remember the line and tract of the trip and the time you were travelling.
